Starting Spring semester 2023, mandatory student fees for all graduate students on assistantships (GRA, GSA, and GTA) will be partially paid by CSU (see the attached email from the Office of the Provost on November 29th). This will be a phased approach as follows:
- Spring Semester of 2023 the student will have 50% of their fees paid by CSU and be responsible for the other 50%
- Academic Year (AY)* 2023-2024 the student will have 50% of their fees paid for by CSU or the account where they are paid** and be responsible for the rest
- AY 2024-2025 the student will have 75% of their fees paid by CSU or the account where they are paid** and be responsible for the rest
- AY 2025-2026, the student will have 100% of their fees covered by the account where they are paid** or their department/unit
