The SF424 form Applicant Identifier field is ours to use to relate an application to the CSU KR PD record. When completing the SF424 form online (Grants.gov Workspace or ASSIST) or in a PDF to email, please include the KR PD number in this field. It’s the best way for us to confirm the relationship of our KR PD proposal to the information that loads to a sponsor’s system (like eCommons or NOAA GrantsOnline), and gives the recipient agency a number to reference (if they choose) in award notices to us. Application Filing Name (Workspace) or a PDF filename do not populate or persist in other systems, and unfortunately the titles of applications don’t always match between our record, the application system or form, and/or the sponsor award title.
