2025 Submission Deadlines & Meeting Dates
IBC approval forms can be submitted at any time to the Office of Research Collaboration and Compliance. Submissions requiring review by the full committee at a convened meeting are subject to the Submission Deadline below for the indicated IBC Meeting Date.

Applications are due the last Wednesday of each month, for review the following month.
- Submissions received after the deadline will be placed on the next regularly scheduled meeting agenda.
- A researcher may not initiate use of biohazardous material until IBC approval is granted.

As required by NOT-OD-25-082, minutes of IBC meetings that occur on or after June 1, 2025 will be posted as soon as possible after they have been approved by the IBC and all appropriate and allowable redactions have been made.
