We’re all aging, and after about age 30, our bodies start to function less and less effectively. This is normal, but it reduces our quality of life, and it’s the main reason why we’re more likely to develop medical problems like heart and brain diseases and physical disabilities as we get older. Many of us want to avoid these problems for ourselves, or to help aging family members.
