The Research Analytics oﬀice prepares standard activity (e.g., expenditures, awards, proposals) reports, responds to external requests for information (e.g., NSF’s annual expenditures survey, Federal Demonstration Partnership) and performs ad hoc analysis upon request. The website is home to the VPR’s annual report, research-related data and provides links to pertinent external websites related to research activity.

DIRECTOR OF RESEARCH ANALYTICS
Doug is a Certified Public Accountant, holds an M.B.A. in Finance/Economics, Green Belt in Six Sigma practices and has been involved in research administration at major research institutions for over 19 years. He has implemented ERP accounting systems, negotiated facilities and administrative, fringe benefit and specialized service facility rates. Doug’s 17 years industry experience includes extensive involvement in process improvement, cost and financial accounting in high technology manufacturing environments. He also spent over eight years as an adjunct faculty member teaching a variety of accounting courses.
