I am writing to share a copy of CSU’s public comments that were written in response to the White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB)’s proposed rulemaking about “Regulation for Federal Financial Assistance.”  

You can read CSU’s comments.  In addition, you can read comments from APLU and COGR online. Providing public comments is just one key step in federal rulemaking. 

I want to thank everyone who provided input into CSU’s comments. I am particularly grateful for Lori Schultz’s work on drafting these comments as well as for her engagement with one of the key COGR committees that helped draft that association’s comments. If you or your disciplinary association submitted comments and want to share them, please send them to us.
