2022 Submission Deadlines and Meeting Dates
Project Approval Request Form (PARF) and Agent Approval Request Form (AARF) applications can be submitted at any time to the Research Integrity and Compliance Review Office through the online IBC database.
PARF and AARF submissions requiring review by the full committee at a convened meeting are subject to the Submission Deadline below for the indicated IBC Meeting Date. Applications are due by NOON on the first Wednesday of each month.

Submissions received after the deadline will be placed on the next regularly scheduled meeting agenda.
A researcher may not initiate use of biohazardous material until IBC approval is granted.
*There will be no IBC Meeting in July, please plan accordingly.
