Conflict of Interest and Commitment

All CSU system employees, as well as individuals designated as key personnel on federally funded awards and those participating in full-board human subjects research protocols, are required to submit an annual disclosure of professional outside activities through the Outside Activity Report (OAR) in the COI module of Kuali Research. New outside activities related to an individual’s institutional responsibilities must be disclosed before engaging in the activity. Material changes to previously disclosed information must be reported within 30 days, or sooner if required by applicable sponsor, regulatory, or institutional requirements.
