Kuali research compliance programs will be rolled out throughout the Vice President for Research (VPR) division and information regarding the programs implemented by RICRO will be posted here.  In 2019, RICRO will be implementing Kuali Protocols (KP) IACUC, as well as Kuali Conflict of Interest (COI), also in 2019.

KP IACUC Implementation plan: 

This online protocol system will include IACUC Waivers, previously called IACUC Exemptions or Veterinary Clinical Studies (VCS), as well as Clinical Review Board (CRB) submissions.  All CSU Employees and students will have access to it using their CSU EID and password, via the Single-Sign-On interface, as you experience for other CSU programs.

Additional information and resources will be listed on this website, including FAQs on how to find and log into Kuali Protocols, how to fill out the form, how the new form compares to the old form regarding what questions are being asked and how to answer them, and the timeline for when eProtocol IACUC submissions will be sunsetted.

Other information that will be posted here include: how-to-documents, general training session announcements, submitting requests for personalized trainings, and links to access the helpdesk ticketing system.  As we move towards the go-live date, we will post information here as it becomes available, as well as email the information via the CSU Animal Users email listserv
