Research Development professionals help researchers become more successful communicators, grant writers, and advocates for their research. As CSU\u2019s Research Development office, the Research Acceleration Office (RAO) strives to enable and facilitate competitive individual and team research and research enterprise excellence. To this end, we design and implement strategic services<\/strong> and collaborative resources<\/strong> and skills development programs<\/strong> for researchers, scholars, and artisans while also initiating and nurturing teams, partnerships, networks, and alliances<\/strong> across disciplines, institutions, and sectors. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
