Sign into InfoReady Review with your NetID username and password.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n<\/section><!-- .sticky-nav-item -->\n\n\n<section class=\"sticky-nav-item\" id=\"limited-submission-procedure\">\n\n    <div class=\"sticky-nav-section-heading\"><h2>Limited Submission Procedure<\/h2><\/div>\n\t<div class=\"acf-innerblocks-container\">\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Opportunities post weekly on&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/colostate.infoready4.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CSU\u2019s InfoReady Review homepage.<\/a><\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Announcements are sent to the\u00a0<a href=\"#limited-submission-listserv\" data-type=\"internal\" data-id=\"#limited-submission-listserv\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Listserv<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Research Associate Deans (RADs) share opportunities with their colleges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Applicants submit internal pre-proposals via InfoReady Review.<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To view requirements and\/or submit, select an opportunity and click \u201cApply.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Internal deadlines are 5:00 p.m. MT.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>When applications&nbsp;<em>do not<\/em>&nbsp;exceed the limit by the internal deadline, selection is automatic.<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Approval notices are sent to applicant(s), applicable RADs, college Pre-Award, and the OSP team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>When applications exceed the limit by the internal deadline, an internal competition is required.<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>RADs evaluate\/approve submissions and internal reviewers complete reviews via InfoReady Review.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The OVPR determines which internal pre-proposal(s) will move forward for submission to the sponsor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Approval notices are sent to applicant(s), applicable RADs, college Pre-Award, and the OSP team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Selected applicant(s) complete the KRPD record and external submission.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<\/div>\n\n<\/section><!-- .sticky-nav-item -->\n\n\n<section class=\"sticky-nav-item\" id=\"internal-pre-proposal-requirements\">\n\n    <div class=\"sticky-nav-section-heading\"><h2>Internal Pre-Proposal Requirements<\/h2><\/div>\n\t<div class=\"acf-innerblocks-container\">\n\n<p>Below are listed the typical requirements* for limited submission internal pre-proposals:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Applicant Information<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Applicant name (pre-filled from user profile)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applicant primary organization (pre-filled from user profile)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applicant email (pre-filled from user profile)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applicant phone number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Does this application include more than one applicant\/PI? (yes\/no)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>List of co-applicants<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additional contacts for notifications<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Proposal Information<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proposal title<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Colleges\/divisions included in this proposal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Description of proposal fit to college\/program strategic plan&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Has this proposal been submitted to this program previously? (yes\/no)\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If yes, briefly address the reviewer comments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How does the project and\/or PI meet RFP requirements?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comments to administrator(s) (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Uploads<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proposal description (2 pages max) \u2013 PDF\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Detail the research plan and\/or investigator qualifications, as appropriate; briefly address the required elements specified in the sponsor\u2019s opportunity announcement.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sponsor reviews from prior submissions \u2013 PDF\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Only required for proposals that have been submitted previously to the sponsor.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>*<em>Internal pre-proposal requirements may be modified at any time to more appropriately serve the opportunity and\/or the internal review and selection process.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n<\/section><!-- .sticky-nav-item -->\n\n\n<section class=\"sticky-nav-item\" id=\"still-open-opportunities\">\n\n    <div class=\"sticky-nav-section-heading\"><h2>STILL OPEN Opportunities<\/h2><\/div>\n\t<div class=\"acf-innerblocks-container\">\n\n<p>Once an opportunity\u2019s internal deadline passes, if fewer internal applications have been received than the application limit, the opportunity enters the STILL OPEN phase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>During the STILL OPEN phase,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The opportunity title begins with \u201cSTILL OPEN.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The opportunity remains open until all available slots are filled OR the sponsor deadline passes, whichever happens first.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The only pre-proposal requirements are the applicant\u2019s contact information and the proposal title.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applicants receive approval on a first-come, first-served basis, without review.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<\/div>\n\n<\/section><!-- .sticky-nav-item -->\n\n\n<section class=\"sticky-nav-item\" id=\"limited-submission-listserv\">\n\n    <div class=\"sticky-nav-section-heading\"><h2>Limited Submission Listserv<\/h2><\/div>\n\t<div class=\"acf-innerblocks-container\">\n\n<p>Add your name to the CSU Limited Submission Announcements Listserv to be notified as new opportunities post:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/lists.colostate.edu\/cgi-bin\/mailman\/listinfo\/limited-submissions\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Start the subscription process<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the \u201cSubscribing to Limited-submissions\u201d section, enter your email address and name and confirm that you are not a robot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will then receive an email from&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:limited-submissions-bounces@lists.colostate.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">limited-submissions-bounces@lists.colostate.edu<\/a>&nbsp;directing you to confirm the subscription request. (<em>This first email looks like a confirmation email, but the subscription is not yet complete at this point.<\/em>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow the link provided in the email and&nbsp;<strong>verify your subscription<\/strong>&nbsp;on the linked page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will receive a second email with the subject line, \u201cWelcome to the \u2018Limited-submissions\u2019 mailing list.\u201d This second email is your subscription confirmation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<\/div>\n\n<\/section><!-- .sticky-nav-item -->\n\n\n<section class=\"sticky-nav-item\" id=\"limited-submission-tips\">\n\n    <div class=\"sticky-nav-section-heading\"><h2>Limited Submission Tips<\/h2><\/div>\n\t<div class=\"acf-innerblocks-container\">\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>New opportunities usually post on Mondays.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The InfoReady Review homepage displays open opportunities. The calendar tab also displays open and closed opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In InfoReady, you can save your in-process application as a draft prior to submission. (Be sure to \u201csubmit\u201d your proposal. Proposals left as \u201cdraft\u201d will not be reviewed.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Don\u2019t see an opportunity?
