A central feature of a CDP is a 3-5 year blueprint for developmental activities in&nbsp;<em><strong>research<\/strong><\/em>,&nbsp;<em><strong>teaching<\/strong><\/em>, and&nbsp;<strong><em>service<\/em>&nbsp;<\/strong>that will position you for success at each stage of your career. These activities include&nbsp;<em><strong>funding<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/em>and&nbsp;<em><strong>publishing<\/strong><\/em>.
