{"id":3036,"date":"2020-08-26T07:36:30","date_gmt":"2020-08-26T13:36:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.research.colostate.edu\/osp\/?p=3036"},"modified":"2020-08-26T07:36:30","modified_gmt":"2020-08-26T13:36:30","slug":"revision-requests-in-ecrt","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.research.colostate.edu\/osp\/2020\/08\/26\/revision-requests-in-ecrt\/","title":{"rendered":"Revision Requests in ecrt"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.research.colostate.edu\/osp\/osp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/21\/elementor\/thumbs\/ram-logo-o3t3tdrk4nwpuk5ivtge9snouacqrzxpmncs3umwd8.png\" title=\"ram-logo.png\" alt=\"CSU Ram Logo\" \/>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<p>If the payroll for any or all employees on a quarterly ecrt statement is not accurate, the Department Effort Coordinator\/Grant Manager (DEC) or PI can click the <strong>Revise Payroll<\/strong> box(es) and button to put the statement on hold in \u201cRevision Requested\u201d status.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>That action creates a <strong>Project Statement Revision Requested<\/strong> task in the DEC\u2019s work list in ecrt to either Approve (<em>if a revision is needed and a PPDA is being processed outside the system<\/em>) or Reject (<em>if no revision is needed after all<\/em>).\u00a0 **Note: Payroll adjustments are not processed in ecrt.\u00a0 A Past Period Distribution Adjustment (PPDA) must be processed in Oracle and that adjustment will feed to ecrt once approved and posted.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Once the PPDA has been fully processed and loads to ecrt, the status of the adjusted project statement will flip from \u201cRevision Requested\u201d to \u201cRevision Pending\u201d.\u00a0 The DEC will also receive an email notification that there is a <strong>Process Project Statement Revision<\/strong> task in their ecrt work list.\u00a0 The DEC must review the revision task and click the \u2018Post\u2019 button to <em>post<\/em> the adjustment to the project statement.\u00a0 **Note: Do <u>not<\/u> click the \u2018Post &amp;
