Therefore, the address associated with the application should be 2002 Campus Delivery; 601 S Howes St; Fort Collins, CO 80523-2002, and not an academic college or departmental address. As such, the applicant type should be, \u201cPublic\/State Controlled Institution of Higher Education.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The person to be contacted on application matters, should be the OSP <a href=\"https:\/\/www.research.colostate.edu\/osp\/osp\/staff\/\">Senior Research Administrator<\/a> associated with the application. Information associated with the Principal Investigator such as name, department, department address, and contact information, is often indicated on the cover page under PROJECT DIRECTOR\/PRINCIPAL INVESTIGATOR INFORMATION and in the SENIOR\/KEY PERSON profile.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Authorized Representative<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At CSU, there are a handful of individuals authorized to sign proposals, certifications, award agreements, contracts, and other agreement types. These individuals include the Vice President for Research, Associate &amp; Assistant Vice Presidents for Research, Director &amp; Assistant Director of Sponsored Programs and OSP Senior Research Administrators (SRAs) and Research Administrators (RAs).
