
ABOUT
Diana Ehrlich serves as the Contracting Officer within the Office of Sponsored Programs at Colorado State University. In this role she is responsible for working with faculty and sponsors to develop research and service contracts, along with related contractual documents such as non-disclosure agreements and material transfer agreements. Ms. Ehrlich is also a primary point of contact for agreements related to the expanding clinical trial space here at CSU.
Prior to accepting employment at CSU in 2011, and joining OSP full time in 2019, Ms. Ehrlich previously worked in research administration at Washington University in St. Louis and University of Southern California, Information Sciences Institute. She has experience in pre and post award grant and contract management, legal compliance, export control, and she currently serves as an alternate on the IRB.
