David Doty serves as the Associate Director of the Office of Sponsored Programs at Colorado State University, a role he has served since 2011.  Prior to joining CSU, David spent 20 plus years at Ohio State University holding various research administration leadership roles within both the College of Engineering as well as the Office of Research.   David’s primary areas of expertise are federal, foundation and industry contract negotiation, export controls, intellectual property, federal acquisition regulations and financial audits.
