This policy, which supersedes previous DURC policies, goes into effect on May 6, 2025. Guidance on implementation of this policy can be found in the USG Implementation Guidance. CSU\u2019s ICDUR and IRE are working on updating CSU\u2019s DURC Policy and procedures to align with the new USG policy requirements. More information will be posted as it becomes available.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"margin-bottom:3rem\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-bodoni-font-family\"><em>DURC-PEPP at CSU<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-green-border\">\n<li>Although few research activities at CSU would qualify as DURC or PEPP under the definition in the Policy, CSU must comply with the USG Policy for Oversight of DURC and PEPP where applicable. The Office of Research Collaboration &amp; Compliance and the Institutional Review Entity (IRE), with assistance from the Office of Vice President for Research, have developed the&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/policylibrary.colostate.edu\/policy.aspx?id=728\">CSU\u2019s DURC policy<\/a>.
