The PI, compliance liaison, or even the individual themselves can request access. Use the following link to request access for someone, you may either use their name (must be in this format:&nbsp;Last, First) or their NetID:<a href=\"https:\/\/apps.powerapps.com\/play\/e\/default-afb58802-ff7a-4bb1-ab21-367ff2ecfc8b\/a\/20cbc9a5-576a-45cd-b409-fc4c6bbaf3c7?tenantId=afb58802-ff7a-4bb1-ab21-367ff2ecfc8b&amp;\">&nbsp;SciShield Access Request Form.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once access has been requested, please allow 1 business day for the request to be processed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are a new PI, please fill out the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.research.colostate.edu\/orcc\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/24\/2026\/02\/SciShield-Lab-Request-Form-for-New-PIs-102124.docx\">SciShield Lab Request Form for New PIs<\/a> and send it to the <a href=\"mailto:ORCC_Scishield@colostate.edu\">ORCC email<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In SciShield, IBC forms are submitted via the Biologicals Module, or \u201cBio Mod,\u201d which can be accessed by clicking on \u201cBiologicals\u201d in the left-hand menu.
