Balance Screenings

These free screenings, performed by physical and occupational therapists, will assess your fall risk using the STEADI Initiative (Stopping Elderly Accidents, Deaths, & Injuries) tools and protocols.

Moving Through Parkinson’s

These classes are designed for people living with Parkinson’s disease or any movement disorder who want to improve balance, combat stiffness and rigidity, and improve coordination and spatial awareness. Attend in-person or virtually.

Directions and Parking for Center for Healthy Aging

The Center is located at the corner of College Avenue and Prospect Road inside the CSU Health and Medical Center, first floor, Suite 1400. The address is 151 West Lake Street.

Permitted spaces and metered parking is available for the public, students and CSU employees across Lake Street, in lot #575 or in the university parking garage north of the building along Pitkin Street.

For general public only, free parking is available on the north side of the building with handicapped parking available with a permit on the north and east sides of the building.
