Tech Skills for Older Adults: Reading Library eBooks & Audiobooks with the Libby App

TIME:  10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

LOCATION:  Center for Healthy Aging Large Conference Room

REGISTER:  Registration is available on OLLI’s websiteA current OLLI membership is required to register. If you don’t have a membership, one will be added to your cart at checkout. Each class costs $10, plus a $25-per-semester OLLI membership fee.


Tech Skills for Older Adults is a technology help class designed for older adults. This section will provide an overview of accessing your local library’s eBook and audiobook collection using the Libby app. A valid library card will be needed to use the app.

The clqss is limited to smartphones and tablets, not laptops. Each session begins with a 30-minute presentation on the topic, followed by hands-on practice with volunteers assisting in small groups to reinforce new skills. This event is presented in partnership with CSU’s Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI).
