If you’ve devoted much of your life to caring for others – giving your time, money, and energy to friends, family, work, loved ones, or those in need – this three-part series, presented in partnership with UCHealth’s Aspen Club, can help you find balance in a world of compassion. Participants will learn stress management tools and the three components of self-compassion: mindfulness, self-kindness, and community connection. The series also covers new research on self-compassion and its benefits, including increased well-being and optimism and reduced depression, fatigue, and stress. Practical tips on overcoming isolation will help you thrive as a caregiver.
