These classes are designed for people living with Parkinson’s disease or any movement disorder who want to improve balance, combat stiffness and rigidity, and improve coordination and spatial awareness. The class aims to build confidence to move with freedom and ease, acquire tools to use on a daily basis, build strength and endurance and, overall, to improve well-being as participants interact, share and move together. Classes are available to attend in-person or online via Zoom. Taught by CSU Dance instructor Lisa Morgan, Director of Moving Through Parkinson’s.
