The Center for Healthy Aging’s Spring 2025 speaker series will feature Professor Kate E. Creevy from Texas A&M University, Chief Veterinary Officer of The Dog Aging Project. Creevy is a board-certified small animal veterinary internist with a primary research interest in canine longevity and healthspan who co-founded The Dog Aging Project in 2014.

The Dog Aging Project is a large-scale, long-term, longitudinal study that seeks to identify the genetic and environmental factors that shape healthy aging in U.S. companion dogs, and the biological mechanisms by which they do so. Study design, recently published discoveries, and the steps to gain access to the DAP’s Open Data will be shared in this presentation.

THIS IS A HYBRID EVENT. Participants can choose to attend at home via Zoom or in-person at the Translational Medicine Institute. Open to all.30
