We use a combination of vendor, open source, and third party software to perform data processing and preliminary statistical analysis.  Options include Proteome Discoverer, MassLynx, DIA-NN, MSFragger, and a wealth of R packages.  For applications using other software platforms or informatics needs, please contact us so that we might explore how to accommodate those needs.
