ARC-BIO will be hosting a summer Proteomics Workshop from July 7th through 11th, 2025. This workshop will include:

  • Lectures from ARC-BIO staff on sample preparation, experimental design, instrumentation and informatics.
  • Guest lecture from the creators of FragPipe, open source data analysis software.
  • Hands-on data analysis session using FragPipe for protein identification and downstream data analysis
  • Hands-on Sample Preparation. Each participant can bring two of their own samples which they will prepare. Data will be acquired on those prepared samples, and these participants will analyze their data in the data analysis session. (capped at 10 participants).
